Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to UK residents aged 17 or over who are the policyholder of a qualifying learner driver insurance policy purchased directly from Collingwood Insurance Services Limited during the promotional period.
  • Buying a policy automatically enters the policyholder into the draw. The promotion is simply a free extra linked to the purchase, it doesn’t change the price, cover, or suitability of the insurance in any way.
  • The policy must be active for a minimum of 14 days in order to qualify for the promotion.
  • If the winning policies were paid for by someone other than the policyholder, any refund will be made to the original payment card used for the purchase
  • Employees of Collingwood Insurance Services Limited, Collingwood Insurance Company Limited or, Collingwood Business Solutions Limited,, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

  • Each learner driver insurance policy purchased directly from Collingwood Insurance Services Limited during the promotional period automatically enters the policyholder into the prize draw.
  • Policies purchased via Price Comparison Websites are ineligible for entry into this promotion.
  • There is no separate entry form, fee, or additional purchase required. No part of the insurance premium or any associated fee contributes to the cost of the prize
  • Each eligible purchase automatically qualifies as one entry only into the prize draw.
  • The promotion is offered as a free additional benefit and does not affect the price, cover, or suitability of the insurance product

Promotional Period

  • The promotion runs from 14.11.25 to 31.01.26, as stated in the related marketing materials
  • Only policies purchased, and therefore entries created, within this period will be included in the draw
  • Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
  • Collingwood Insurance Services Limited will not extend or shorten the promotional period unless required by circumstances beyond its control, and any change will be clearly communicated on the company’s website.

Prize

  • Three winners will receive a refund equal to the Total Purchase Price of their learner driver insurance policy, including any insurer premium and applicable administration or broker fees (“Total Purchase Price”).
  • If the winners paid for the policy by monthly instalments, they will receive a refund of all instalments paid to date and no further instalments will be collected. The policy will remain valid for its full term.
  • If the winners paid the policy in full upfront, the full Total Purchase Price will be refunded.
    The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the policy within 30 days of the winner being confirmed.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
  • The refund will not affect the winner’s insurance cover, or the price or terms of any other customer’s policy.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Three winners will be selected at random using a computer-generated random draw from all eligible entries within 7 days of the promotional period closing.
  • The draw will be supervised and a record retained by Collingwood Insurance Services Limited for verification purposes.
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided during purchase.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.
  • Personal data will be used only for the purpose of administering the draw, notifying the winner and processing the refund, in accordance with Collingwood Insurance Services Limited’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

  • Collingwood Insurance Services Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or contains false information.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Collingwood Insurance Services Limited may amend or cancel the promotion only where necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control (for example, technical failures or events beyond its influence). Any such change will be clearly communicated on Collingwood Insurance Service Limited’s website as soon as possible and will not materially disadvantage participants.
  • Collingwood Insurance Services Limited accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or incomplete due to technical faults beyond its control.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights or excludes Collingwood Insurance Services Limited’s responsibility for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Personal data collected when you purchase your policy will also be used as needed to administer this promotion, including checking eligibility, carrying out the prize draw, contacting the winner, and processing the refund.
  • This use of your data is based on Collingwood Insurance Services Limited’s legitimate interests in running the promotion. No additional personal data will be collected for this purpose.
  • Your information will not be used for marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
  • Data used for the promotion will be kept only for as long as necessary to complete these activities and will then be securely deleted or anonymised.
  • All personal data will be handled in line with Collingwood Insurance Services Limited’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we use and protect your information in connection with your insurance policy and related activities.
