When did you join Collingwood? July 2017, I joined as the company HR Manager and was promoted to HR Director in September 2020.
What do you enjoy most about working at Collingwood? Without sounding cliché it’s the people. We are all on a journey to continuously move the business forward and having 200 people on that journey with you to achieve our join goal of being the best is very rewarding.
Why you would recommend working at Collingwood? The culture. This is something that I have been able to play a part in and it’s something that I am really proud of. We listen to any ideas that are put forward and take as many forward as we can. We grow our benefits package based on feedback we get and whilst we can’t always do everything we will always try to do something in relation to the size of our business. We have a culture of openness across the whole business and it’s this openness that has been a major factor in our continuous success story.
Our colleagues. They are so important to our journey and without them we wouldn’t have what we have which is why they are our number one asset. We aim to develop and invest in our colleagues and watching them grow is something that I am immensely proud of so I think that’s what I love about Collingwood.

What do you enjoy most about working at Collingwood? The thing I most like about working at Collingwood, is the people I work with. The environment is extremely positive and feels like a big family throughout the whole company.
Why you would recommend working at Collingwood?
I would recommend anyone to work for Collingwood. This isn’t like any normal call centre job. In all aspects of the working pyramid there are no differences when it comes to the level you are at, from a call handler to senior management. Everyone is friendly and takes an interest in not only work but also outside of working life.

What do you enjoy most about working at Collingwood? Never a dull day – always learning! The varied work, lovely people, opportunities for progression and studies, ideal work/life balance, free breakfast, charity fundraising and volunteer days, open and honest environment, great team around me.

What do you enjoy most about working at Collingwood? I enjoy the people I work with the most about Collingwood, they are like my family and have stuck by me through everything. I also like the fact we work for an amazing company who look after their staff.
