Payments & Refunds

What is an Automatic Card Charge Authority Form and where can I find one?

An Automatic Card Charge Authority Form is a form which you sign to confirm you authorise the payments being taken from your Debit/Credit card on monthly basis to pay for your insurance payment (sometimes referred to as ‘the premium’).

The form is issued by email at the policy start (known as the inception) date or if you change the card details over the phone. If you have misplaced this, don’t worry, you can request a new one by calling our Helpdesk on 0345 470 0014.

How long will my refund take?

Any refunds to which you are due can take up to 5 working days to show in your account.

Can I change my monthly payment date?

If you are paying by automatic monthly card payment your payment date is fixed and unfortunately cannot be changed.

Will my premium change when I pass my test?
