What if I want to cancel my policy?
If you want to cancel your policy, please contact the New Driver Contact Centre on
0345 565 2944.
If you cancel your policy within the first 14 days, you’ll just pay for your time on cover plus a cancellation fee
Cancellation after 14 days
If you cancel your policy after 14 days, you’ll be charged according to the table below – minus any payments you’ve already made – plus a cancellation fee

If you paid for the whole year up-front, we’ll send you a refund minus the above amount.
Please note – if you’ve had a claim, or someone has claimed against you, you will not be entitled to a refund.
